Jozi’s latest tapas station, The Grazing Room, puts chef and owner Marthinus Ferreira on par with international trends. Sharing tapas around the table has become the new way of dining and with dishes like Yorkshire puddings topped with oxtail meat, bone marrow, caramelised onions and horseradish cream, who wouldn’t want to hop on the band-wagon? The undersized eating area offers a selection of sherries, microbrewed beers, and many wines available by the glass. Marthinus also comes up with two to three cocktails every evening.
