Housed in an old mansion completed in 1905, Emoyeni Estate now offers a full à la carte restaurant of the same name. After closing his award-winning restaurant Auberge Michel, restaurateur Michel Morand became the mastermind behind this lavishly decorated new restaurant. Morand and head chef Yohan Saumandi have put together a small seasonal menu that regularly changes; past highlights have included roasted Mozambican prawns with sea consommé and tarragon mousse, and classic crème brûlée with Sichuan peppercorn ice cream.
