Food:

Lunch is an à la carte selection of chef Jackie Cameron’s culinary creations, while dinner is a set affair through which she guides her guests. The Hartford team could serve rich caramelised onion soup, or a duo of duck with pink peppercorn-flavoured pommes dauphinoise, roasted butternut and black cherry sauce. Fresh local ingredients, like pork, Parma ham, herbs and vegetables, are king.

One of KZN’s finest cellars with quality staples and carefully sought-out gems to complement the fine food.

Exceptional and friendly.

Ambience:

Lunch is served on the veranda of this enchanting colonial house overlooking the beautiful gardens. Dinner is in the formal dining room with chandeliers, silver and starched tablecloths.
